JETCAR Reservations: A valid Government Issued photo identification that shows your age, the credit or debit card under the same name, FULLY Completed/Signed Waiver, and a Temporary Florida Boater Safety Certificate (applicable for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988). Yes, each boat has a maximum capacity for safety reasons. They only allow for the safe passage of 2 passengers, with a max total weight of 420 pounds.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use on our boats. If we suspect that you are under the influence, we reserve the right to cancel your rental and refuse service.

You must have a valid Government Issued Photo I.D.,  but it does not need to be a Driver’s License. 

Inclement Weather/Wave conditions or Mechanical Issues will always constitute a Full Refund. These are the only conditions. Being late, forgetting about your time slot, etc are not grounds for a refund. Once your time slot is booked, its booked.

We suggest you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure there aren't any hold ups. If you arrive and don't have your Boaters Safety Course or Waivers Signed you will NOT receive a refund, and any time used to complete these task will not be added on to your reservation.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

PLEASE be aware that we have the right to charge the card used for reservation payment for any damages done to the Jet Car while under your responsibility.

NO, The Jet Car will be restricted to inside of the bay. Anyone caught (GPS Tracked) going outside of discussed boundaries will automatically be charged $500. There is MORE than enough area to enjoy your alotted time without going into the Gulf of Mexico. The East Pass can be dangerous.
